Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Prophet of mercy.
Islam is a religion of dignity and mercy, a religion of love, tenderness and tolerance. Islam granted dignity and pride to women, from childhood until the end of their life. How could it not be, and Islam is peace, for everyone who understood his teachings and followed what the Prophet Muhammed brought from God, God who created man, knows his interests, and what makes him happy, in this world and the hereafter.
And whoever does not believe that, then he must learn the teachings of Islam, and the status of woman in Islam that guaranteed her care and dignity by her guardian, from childhood until she marries, and if she gets married, she will be the lady of the household and the one who call the shots.
The husband is charged with all her expenses and all the requirements for a decent life, according to his financial capabilities. Even if she is wealthy, or works and has a large income, so what she has of money is for her, and her expenses are on the husband, except what she pays to him with good grace.
If she is divorced or her husband dies, she is sponsored by the closest man of her relatives, a father, son or brother, and if there is no sponsor for her by her cousin, even if he is of distant parentage. So, Islam guarantees the right of every woman to be protected and sponsored until she dies. While in Western countries, if the girl reaches the age of 18, her family disavows her, and obliges her to spend on herself and protect herself, and then be left exposed to risks.
