Prophet of Mercy

Prophet of mercy

(Mohammed bin Abdullah peace be upon him)

God Almighty said, “And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds”, that is, we sent you as nothing but mercy to those we sent you to them. God Almighty said, and indeed, you are of a great moral character. The Prophet Muhammad was known since he was a young boy for honesty and trust, and why not; God is the one who created him for the sake of upholding the human perfection, and all the prophets combined, first of all, the last of them, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, who was sent with mercy and love for humanity in general for what makes them happy in their lives and after their death. The Prophet was with his family at the top of good morals. And he said to his companions, your best is best for his wife, and I am your best for my wife. He was doing the work of his wife. One day he was racing with his wife Aisha, so she preceded him for the first time, and preceded her for the second. He was modest, sitting with the weak and honoring them, and if one of his companions died and he owes a debt that his family could not pay, he used to say I owe his debt, I will pay for it. He was kind to the children and caressed them, visited the patients and asked them about their condition.

As for dealing with the general public, he was generous and had a good reception, he was merciful to the young and respected the eldest. He ordered tolerance among people, forbaded sectarian fanaticism, ordered obedience to the rulers in order to preserve their security. He ordered them what brought them closer to God, as he said to his companions: The most beloved people to God are most beneficial to people.

He used to reform between the tribes, and he visited the two parties separately, until many of the enmities turned into friendship and brotherhood. As for the relationship with God, it is the purpose for the creation of man, as God Almighty said, “And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.” Worship as defined by the Prophet Mohammed himself, peace and blessings be upon him, by saying it is: – a name that collects all that God loves, such as actions and sayings, and this relationship is obligatory for all human beings, and it is detailed in the Book of God (the Noble Qur’an, and the Sunnah of His Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace).

Prophet Mohammed dealt with the enemies with tolerate. He endured their mischievousness. Once he had a Jewish neighbor who used to harm him, and put fouling and thorns in his way. someday his harm was cut off for a sometime, so the Prophet asked about the Jew. The Jew was said to be ill, then the prophet Muhammed visited him in his house, and the Jew said: Who has told you that I am sick?” Your pain has been cut off from me, and I learned that you are sick,” The Prophet said.

Prophet Muhammed did not avenge himself on those who hurt him or sinned against him. Someday he was poisoned by a Jewish woman who put poison in the meat for him. and the news came from God, that the meat that was offered to you from the Jewish woman and you ate it was poisoned. He asked her why you did so? I did it for testing you, if you were a prophet, your Lord will tell you and will not harm you, and if you are a liar, we will get rid of you,” she said. So, he said to his companions, leave her, do not harm her, for my Lord has healed me.
